My brothers impact on my life
Being the youngest of the family comes with many benefits. It’s almost like I’ve been following a trail of footsteps my whole life. I have never had to take more than a step or two of the trail at any point in time and I believe that this luxury has made my life so much easier. I have always had someone ready to act as a leader and take care of me. I’ve been taught countless lessons from them and I can still apply what I have learned from them to this day. My brothers have impacted almost every major decision I have ever had because they want the best for me, and I have been able to learn from their decisions and what came from them. Not only have they encouraged me to believe in myself and to have confidence in myself, but they have supported every decision I have made. I have been able to see what consequences come with some choices and what opportunities come with others. Without my oldest brother I would have never tried playing golf and I surely would not have stuck with it if it weren’t for me being determined to be better than him. He has set goals that motivated me to be the best I can in school and on the golf course. My efforts to reach and surpass those goals earned me a scholarship to Assumption University for golf and for that I am forever grateful. I never would have thought that as a seven year old kid that simply having brotherly competition would create such an opportunity. As I stated earlier, I am again following in their footsteps by going to college to study business as both of my brothers did. This will again give me the ability to seek advice if something goes wrong and it will surely help me adapt to college life. My brothers and I have had countless memories that I wish I could go back in time to relive, and those moments will stick with me forever. The blueprint for success has been handed to me and I plan on executing it to perfection.
